Collect Monday-Wednesday between 0900-1200 ONLY, no weekend or holiday delivery. Same day CBCD also need to be done. Medical College of Wisconsin Clinical Immunodiagnostics and Research requisition must be completed by the physician and sent to lab.

Send completed Medical College of Wisconsin Clinical Immunodiagnostic and Research requisition and same day CBCD results with specimen room temp same day as collected Monday-Wednesday only, no weekends or holidays.

T-Subsets: CD3, CD4, CD8 CD45RA and CD45RO; B-Subsets: CD19, CD20, CD27, CD119 and CD212; NK-Subsets: CD16 and CD56; Other: CD11b, CD14, CD15, CD18, CD45, CD69, HLA-ABC; HLA-DR; TCRAb; pSTAT1 and pSTAT4.


Comments

Insurance authorization required prior to draw for outpatients. Ok to send on Inpatients.
