Processing Instructions

Complete a UCSF Outreach requisition and submit with specimen frozen Monday-Thursday only, no weekends or holidays. Separate plasma within 6 hours of collection and freeze immediately.

No insurance authorization or MJ needed. Ok to send on Outpatients and Inpatients.
