The specimen for blood bank must include double initial, patient's gender, age, and date/time of collection. Order HCG, Quantitative (LAB00985) if patient is female and 12 years of age or older. ONLY HAND deliver samples to lab immediately. DO NOT TUBE in pneumatic tube system.
