Media2DICOM

Media2DICOM is a tool for encapsulating various media – including 3D printable files – in DICOMs. Media2DICOM allows you to select a supported file, encapsulate it as a DICOM, and include the relevant metadata using a reference DICOM either stored locally or accessed through PACS.
