The ABC Clinic (ABC stands for my Acceptance, my Body and my Confidentiality) provides confidential reproductive healthcare services to male and female adolescents. These services may be paid for by the California Family PACT Program, which provides funding for certain family planning services at no cost depending on patient eligibility. Patients who may be eligible include those who have no third party or other healthcare coverage for contraceptive methods. Individuals who are experiencing a barrier to access due to inability to obtain confidential family planning services may also be eligible.
The ABC Clinic can provide:
- Contraceptive counseling.
- Prescriptions for and placement of contraceptive devices.
- Testing and treatment for all sexually transmitted infections.
- Pregnancy testing.
- Emergency contraception.
The clinic is open for scheduled services on Monday and Wednesday mornings and Thursday and Friday afternoons.
