Fluorescein Angiography
Fluorescein angiography is an imaging test to view the blood vessels in your retina (back layer of the eye). The retina is the layer of the eye tissue that sends visual information to your brain. Fluorescein angiography is a test to take pictures of the layer of tissue in the back of your retina. During the test, you will be given eye drops that dilate (widen) your pupils.
Pediatric Strabismus Surgery
Strabismus surgery is surgery on the eye muscles to correct misaligned eyes. There are many reasons why a child may need strabismus surgery, such as to correct double vision,
misaligned eyes and amblyopia. Your pediatric ophthalmologist will discuss if surgery is right for your child.
