Thousands of Walkers to Participate in Annual Walk at SeaWorld

WHAT: Costume characters, flamingos and other SeaWorld animals will greet walkers during the 5th annual SeaWorld Shamu & You Family Walk to benefit Rady Children’s Hospital. On October 1st close to 4,000 participants are expected to take part in the annual walk to help raise money for Rady Children’s. Registration and pre-walk festivities begin at Rose Marie Starns South Shores Park. Walkers can choose between the 1-mile & 4-mile course, the 1-mile course takes participants through SeaWorld and the 4-mile takes them on a loop around Mission Bay Park.
