Building Community Through Our Team Resource Groups
Our Team Resource Groups (TRGs) are culture-builders that provide members with a platform and visibility, create a sense of community, and drive change toward advancing DEI throughout Rady Children’s. These groups serve as the heartbeat of our organization, fostering connections among employees from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
By offering a platform for dialogue, collaboration, and collective action, TRGs empower members to not only advocate for their own needs but also champion broader initiatives that promote equity and inclusion for all.
