Kristin Ratnayake, M.D.

Bio

Dr. Kristin Ratnayake is a board-certified emergency medicine and pediatric emergency medicine specialist in the Emergency Medicine Division at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego.

After earning her medical degree at George Washington University, Dr. Ratnayake went on to complete both her emergency medicine residency and her fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine at the Loma Linda University Medical Center.

Dr. Ratnayake's clinical interests include providing quality care for acutely ill and injured children as well as training the next generation of doctors by precepting fellows, residents and medical students as they rotate through the Rady Children’s Emergency Care Center.

Dr. Ratnayake enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, making cake pops and having fun.
