Q:   How do I register to access my accounts online?

Q:  How do I register to access my accounts online?

A: 1) On the Payments page (https://pay.usbank.com/default.aspx?id=radychildrens), Select “Sign up for an Account!”, which is located under the Login button.

2) Enter the requested information as seen on the billing statement and click “Sign Up”.
Note: Password must be between 8-20 characters, and contain at least 3 of these 4 character types:
– lowercase alphabetic
– uppercase alphabetic
– numeric
– special characters

3) After clicking “Sign Up”, select three security questions and click on “Save”.

Q:  What is the Guarantor Number and where do I find it?

A:  The Guarantor Number is the patient ID number. It starts with an S or an F and is located on the upper right portion of the patient’s statement

Q:  I tried to add a second child to my account, and I received an error.

A: If someone has already created a new account for a patient, that patient cannot be added to another account. If this is an error, please call Customer Service to verify.

Q:  How do I pay multiple accounts at once?

A:  On the Patient Information page, there is an option to “Add Item”. Click on this option and you can enter multiple Guarantor Numbers.

Q:  How long does it take to process the payment? Is there a way to check status?

A:  The authorized credit card payment should be posted to the payer’s account within 24 hours of the payment’s submittal. If there are concerns the account did not get credited, please call Customer Service.

A: Under Login, enter your email address and click on “Forgot Password?

A: On your statement, verify the entire Guarantor Number (GN) has been entered. The GN starts with either an S or an F and is located at the top right of the statement:
