If you feel that your concern remains unresolved, please contact Rady Children’s Patient Relations team at ext. 244950 from any phone in the Hospital, or call 858-966-4950 from an outside line. You may also send an e-mail to the Patient Relations team at refsvc@rchsd.org.

Your information will be carefully reviewed, and one of our Patient Relations Specialists will assist you to resolve your concern in a timely manner – you will receive a response within 72 business hours.
