Ann Marie Finley, M.S.N., FNP-BC
Ann Marie Berger Finley is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in pediatric urology. Mentored by George Kaplan, M.D., she established the 2-B-Dry Program in 2003.
Anne Marie sees patients with a variety of urologic conditions, but her passion is helping children with voiding disorders, day and night wetting, urinary tract infections and consequential vesicoureteral reflux and hydronephrosis. She performs EMG uroflows, bladder ultrasound scans, pelvic floor biofeedback (Urostym) and urodynamic studies.
Anne Marie earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing, along with her family nurse practitioner certificate, at Barry University in Miami Shores, Fla. She has lectured at a variety of urology national and regional conferences and continues to mentor student nurse practitioners. Anne Marie is a member of the American Urological Association, Pediatric Urology Nurse Specialists, Society of Urologic Nurses and Associates, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nurses.
When not working, Ann Marie enjoys time with her husband, family and friends, interior decorating, dancing, traveling and music.
Nurse Clinical Care Coordinators
Tami Rechen, B.S.N., CURN
Tami Rechen is an RN Clinical Care Coordinator in our urology clinic. Her clinical responsibilities include coordinating the patient flow for the urology clinic, providing one-on-one care for post-operative patients, developing and implementing protocols and plans of care for post-operative patients, CIC teaching, attending inpatient rounds with our urology team, working closely with the inpatient RNs to coordinate care for surgical patients, and coordinating care for the Kidney Stone Clinic.
A registered nurse at Rady Children’s for more than 20 years, Tami earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1993 from Saint Mary’s College/Samuel Merritt College of Nursing in Moraga, Calif.
Outside of the work setting, Tami enjoys hot yoga, paddle boarding, running, traveling, attending her son’s multiple sporting events and spending time with her husband.
