Patients can use express registration, via a self-service kiosk, for the following services at the specified locations:
Occupational and Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology
- Rady Children’s Health Services: 3665 Kearny Villa Road, Suite 300, San Diego
- North Coastal Center: 3605 Vista Way, Suite 201, Oceanside
Who can use the kiosk?
• The kiosk can be used by returning patients.
• If your child is a new patient or if you are NOT the parent of
the child you are accompanying, please see the Registration
staff.
• If you are unable to complete your registration with the kiosk, the Registration staff will call you to the desk to complete the process.
With our easy-to-use kiosk, you can:
• Check in for your appointment.
• Pay your co-payment by debit or credit card (cash or check must be collected at the front desk).
• Verify your insurance.
• Update demographic information (address, phone numbers and email address) and your
emergency contacts.
