  • 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are unable to transport yourself or your child safely, please contact 911 and ask for PERT (Psychiatric Emergency Response Team).

You’ll be connected to a skilled, trained counselor at a crisis center in your area, anytime 24/7. The Growing Minds Program funded by Kohl’s Cares, brings health education material into communities through in-person connections and short web-based videos using Rady Children’s volunteer clinicians. This enhances family well-being by increasing positive parent-child interactions and educating families about key child health behaviors via interactive learning.
