Justin Anderson, PA-C
Justin joined our team in 2022. He graduated summa cum laude from Grand Canyon University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Biology/ Pre-Medicine and earned a Master of Health Sciences degree from Western University’s PA program in 2021. He has numerous years of experience in orthopedics as a surgery scheduler, viscosupplement coordinator, clinical scribe, and as the study coordinator for a Stem Cell vs. Corticosteroid study for Plantar Fasciitis. He has also worked as a PA in clinic and the operating room in orthopedic spine surgery. At Rady Children’s, he works alongside Dr. Pennock focusing on sports injuries and fracture care.
Erynn Krasovic, P.A.-C
Erynn joined our team in 2015. She graduated Cum Laude from Northern Arizona University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences and earned a Master of Health Sciences degree from Duke University’s physician assistant program in 2015. While at Duke, she trained with several pediatric orthopedic surgeons and fell in love with the field. Here at Rady Children’s, she works alongside Dr. Rickert focusing on lower extremity deformity correction. Erynn also specializes in the treatment of clubfeet and developmental hip dysplasia, and has found a passion for trauma care and fracture remodeling. In collaboration with Dr. David Bennett, a pediatric orthopedic surgeon at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, she published Fracture Healing in Children: A Review of Pediatric Osseous Modeling and Remodeling in 2021. The book became an international success, with orthopedic practitioners and surgeons from around the globe to contributing to the text. Erynn and Dr. Bennett published the second edition in October of 2022.
Sunny Park, CPNP
Sunny joined our team in January 2011. After graduating from the University of California, Berkeley with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, she earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Johns Hopkins University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing in 2006. Following graduation, Sunny joined the Pediatric Orthopedics Division of Johns Hopkins, where she gained experience in treating sports injuries, scoliosis and hip conditions. Sunny is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner who works closely with Dr. Dennis Wenger. She also has a special interest in sports injuries. Sunny enjoys playing sports, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and exploring San Diego.
Philip Stearns, M.S.N., CPNP
Phil is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner and works closely with Andrew Pennock, M.D., specializing in pediatric fracture care. He also has a special interest in pediatric hip and foot disorders. Phil joined the Orthopedic and Scoliosis Center of Children’s Specialists of San Diego (now Rady Children’s Specialists of San Diego) in August of 2000. He graduated from Iona College with a bachelor’s degree in biology and received his master’s degree in nursing from Yale School of Nursing in May of 2000.

Jamie Lantz, M.S.N., B.S.N., RN
Jamie joined our team in October 2023 as a Care Coordinator for the 360 Sports Medicine Team. She works closely with the non-operative and operative sports physicians. She has a strong history of caring for orthopedic patients from her experience working at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York and UCSD Hospital. Jamie spent her first three years in San Diego as a travel nurse before transitioning to a full-time position here at Rady Children’s. She has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Miami and a master’s in Clinical Nurse Leadership from Sacred Heart University.
Lakeshia Watson, MSN, BSN, RN
Lakeshia joined our team in October 2024 as a Care Coordinator for the 360 Sports Medicine Team. She works closely with the non-operative and operative sports physicians. Lakeshia relocated from Missouri to San Diego in 2014. Her background includes 4.5 years in adult orthopedics at Scripps Health working with orthopedic patients post-operatively. Lakeshia obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain College in 2008 and her master’s degree in nursing in 2015.
Athletic Trainers
Anna (Annie) Fagan, DAT, ATC, OTC
Annie is a board-certified athletic trainer and works closely with Eric Edmonds, M.D., who specializes in youth sports medicine and musculoskeletal trauma. Annie joined the team in June 2025. She received her Bachelor’s in Athletic Training from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania and swam collegiately achieving All-American accolades. She received her Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Athletic Training from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. She has previously worked at Mount St. Mary’s University as an athletic trainer primarily working with baseball, swimming, and water polo. Then transitioned to the physician practice setting and completed an Orthopedic Athletic Training Residency Program at Prisma Health in Columbia, South Carolina. After residency, she was hired by Prisma Health in the Orthopedics Department. Her education and previous experience have allowed her the unique ability to help assist in the orthopedic clinics and the operating room, allowing her to educate patients and explain surgical procedures in depth. Annie serves as a core faculty member for the Athletic Training Residency Program at Rady Children’s Hospital Orthopedics. She enjoys swimming, hiking, and trying new restaurants.
Erik Hilliker, ATC
Erik is a board-certified athletic trainer who works closely with Andrew Pennock, MD who specializes in sports injuries in adolescents and young adults, with a special interest in knee, hip and shoulder injuries. Erik joined the orthopedics team in July 2024. He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training from San Diego State University in 2014 and his NASM-Corrective Exercise Specialist certification in 2019. After undergrad, he worked with local area high schools within San Diego County before working at Gavilan College in Gilroy, CA in 2018 as their athletic trainer specializing in orthopedic injury prevention, nutritional intervention, and concussion management for multiple sports including football, basketball, and baseball. Erik is originally from Salinas, California.
Domanique Peretti, M.S., ATC
Domanique is a board-certified athletic trainer and works closely with Suraj Achar, M.D., who specializes in sports medicine, and Emily Cidambi, M.D., who focuses on congenital, acquired and traumatic conditions of the foot, ankle and lower extremity, with a particular interest in dance medicine. Domanique joined the team in April 2022. Previously she worked in the Athletic Medicine Department at San Diego State University primarily with the student-athletes for the women’s softball team providing injury prevention, evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation. During her tenure, she also acted as a preceptor to athletic training students teaching athletic training skills. Her experience as a certified athletic trainer provides her with unique insight into the caliber of athletes treated and ability to properly return athletes safely to their sport after injury. Domanique graduated from the University of Oregon with a bachelor’s degree in human physiology and attended California Baptist University earning her master’s degree in athletic training.
Devin Tilden, M.S., ATC
Devin is a board-certified athletic trainer with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from Biola University and a Master of Science in Athletic Training from Point Loma Nazarene University. She has gained extensive experience working with athletes at various levels, including assisting with in-game concussion observation and rehabilitation for the San Diego Loyal during their 2023 season. Devin also contributed to the Sweetwater High School District’s injury clinic, where she developed skills in diagnostic ultrasound imaging and managed high school athletes’ rehabilitation needs. Specializing in sports performance, Devin’s graduate studies focused on foundational and tactical strength and conditioning. Her background allows her to design customized rehabilitation programs tailored to unique populations emphasizing both performance enhancement and injury prevention.
