Rady Children’s Hospital views its community and services through a health equity lens and strives to create a welcoming and safe space for staff, patients, and families. To further this goal, the hospital has formed a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council and hired a Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer. Rady Children’s aims to be a leader and exemplar in health equity and access to healthcare, with all programs reflecting these values.
