Rady Children’s HomeCare is the only home infusion pharmacy and home health agency in Southern California devoted exclusively to children. We provide the highest quality care for newborns, infants, children, adolescents and young adults recovering from hospitalization or injury or experiencing long-term illnesses.
To ensure that your experience is well-coordinated and positive, we work with the entire family as well as primary care physicians and specialists. Our care has been shown to lower the risk of readmission and increase the comfort level of families caring for their children. With more than 25 years of providing home health care, our customer service is unsurpassed, and we are recommended by our families and physicians.
All of our services are licensed and/or certified as appropriate and are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Experienced staff is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Our Services
Home Health Agency
Intermittent visits are generally less than two hours, and we coordinate your home care with the doctor, your family and other providers. Our clinicians provide:

- Post-hospitalization and ER transition to home

Home Infusion Pharmacy
IV & injectable medications are provided safely and cost-effectively based on the needs of each patient anddispensed and monitored as appropriate by pharmacists, working together with your child’s physicians. We are a Rady Children’s Hemophilia Treatment Center partner. Deliveries are prescheduled and provided free of charge as an added benefit to you!
