If you wish to file a complaint regarding your home care services, you may contact the California Department of Public Health Services Home Health Hotline at 1-800-824-0613.

The hotline is answered Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. After 5 p.m. or on weekends or holidays, you may leave a message. This hotline may also be used to lodge complaints concerning the implementation of advance directives requirements.
